We offer comprehensive primary care as well as social services under one roof. We treat patients of all ages. We emphasize wellness and preventative care in all our core services: Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Dental care, and Mental Health. In addition, our social work and health education departments support patients and the community.

We were named National Quality Leader for the sixth consecutive year by the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA), and is one of the three recipients in New York State to be recognized in this category in 2020.
