About South Plains Rural Health Services
South Plains Rural Health Services is committed to providing comprehensive health care to patients of all ages. Located in Levelland, Lamesa, and Big Spring, Texas, the center addresses every single health care need their patients may have.
There's no need to book appointments at multiple practices or travel out of the way to fill a prescription! SPRHS is a full-service family health care center that can address all of the basic health care needs of our patients, including medical, dental, behavioral health, and optometry services. South Plains Rural Health Services is an FTCA deemed facility.
SPRHS accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private health insurance plans. They also serve individuals that are not covered by health insurance. Patients are charged for services on a sliding fee scale based on the household size and income. In accordance with federal regulation, proof of income must be provided for the patient to be eligible for any sliding fee discount on services.
The center is committed to providing care to all patients, regardless of economic status.
South Plains Rural Health Services is proud to operate in a diverse community and respects all cultural backgrounds. Staff members provide patients with the care they need in a language they understand. SPRHS does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin "including limited English proficiency," religion, disability, age, or sex.
