Our small non-corporate dental practice of 40+ years has a team that has developed relationships with many regular patients over time. We are looking for a hygiene team member who fits into our model of caring for people. We are not interested in moving patients as fast as we can through treatment. As a matter of information, we schedule hygiene adult recall patients for a full hour to accommodate additional CDC requirements and ample time to connect with the patient.
