Access Health Dental

Website

Access Health Dental was founded to provide an innovative, systematic approach to the delivery of oral health care in Las Vegas and southern Nevada. We provide business support services for our affiliated dental offices allowing our doctors and teams to focus on providing the highest quality care for their patients. We believe that good business can lead to good dentistry.

Our Values set the stage for the emotional and behavioral expectations of our Team. They’re posted in every office; they’re a part of who we are and what we do. We sincerely believe that our behavior towards each other is what creates a wonderful experience for our patients and helps us achieve our purpose: To create happy, healthy patients who repeat and refer.

HONESTY

Building trust with our patients is the key to our success. It starts with being honest with each other. On our team, we strive to do what we say we will do. We tell the truth to each other. We protect each other’s assets with integrity.

EMPATHY

We show care and concern for each other as team members by giving full attention when the other person is speaking, seeking to understand the other person’s position, and showing appreciation for each other.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Take personal responsibility for following through on all assigned job tasks. Know that you are accountable to the entire team for the end result you are striving for as a team not just to the dentist or your practice manager. Ultimately, be your own boss by continually evaluating your own performance and improving daily.

LEADERSHIP

In our organization, everyone is a leader by always being prepared in all the areas of your job, having a plan for your day and for your own development, and working to be your best in every interaction.

TEAMWORK

Dentistry is a team activity. You can’t do it alone! That’s why we all commit to being a willing “W.I.T.” (Whatever it takes) even if it takes doing things that are not on your formal job description. Work as a team, give each other a hand, and acknowledge your fellow teammates for their help and contribution.

HUMILITY

Since no one of us has all the answers, we strive to be open to feedback from each other in order to improve. Ask for help when you need it. Ask if you don’t how to do something. Seek to sincerely understand other teammate’s viewpoints especially when they differ from your own.
