Family Health Care is an FQHC. We offer our services to patients at health centers and outreach centers in Lake, Newaygo, Mecosta, Missaukee, and Wexford counties in West-Central Michigan. We are located within four hours of Detroit and Chicago and within driving distance of Grand Rapids and Traverse City.
