We have an amazing opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support our growth.  This position will report to our Practice Support Center in Brentwood, TN.


  • Provide executive administrative support by preparing statistic all reports, handling information requests
  • Prepare correspondence, arrange conference calls and schedule meetings
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, travel and expenses
  • Perform responsibilities as assigned
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents using Microsoft Office software
  • Administer continuing education for clinical team
  • Liaison with human resources on administrative work e.g. change of status for employees, terminations, hires, transfers and FMLA
  • Maintain organizational chart and organizational calendars
  • Manage arrangements for Marquee University courses and attendees and prepare course books
  • Manage print orders, envelopes, business cards, letterhead, brochures, etc
  • Prepare and format Board of Director presentations, meetings, dinners and other arrangements
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies for the headquarters, records management, party planning and decorating, attend meetings to record minutes, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Ability to lead and develop strong relationships
  • Willing to learn quickly and develop an understanding of our business
  • Ability to influence and negotiate
