Overview
With more than 25 years experience in Clinical and Dental management, CaliDental is a fast-growing private dental group expanding to Santa Barbara, SLO, Bakersfield and Kern County in California. 

We are looking to fill general dentist positions at our modern offices that featuring paperless system and digital x-rays, including pan and ceph machines. We additionally offer clinical support with direct one-on-one mentorship. You can concentrate on your area of expertise while others manage patient administrative tasks, office staffing and marketing.

Compensation
•    Salary Production-Based 
•    (30% of net production): $200,000.00 to over $350,000.00/year
•    Additional 2% if quarterly net production is over $250,000
•    Compensation based on production with no capitation
•    Minimum guarantee of $700/day or 30% production
•    Sign-on bonus $35,000.00 for 2-years contract
•    10 days Paid vacation

•    License Fee Reimbursement
•    Reimbursement for Continuing Education
•    Sponsorship for OPT, TN, H1-B & Permanent Residency
•    Education: DDS or DMD from an ADA accredited dental school
•    1-2 years of experience is a plus

•    Possibility of partnership after one year
