Get a unique mix of support & autonomy in our residency program
Get the support of an established dental group and the autonomy of a private practice environment at Renken Dentistry. We’re inviting associate-level general dentists to join our private practice growth residency program.
Get the stability you need to accelerate your career
At most associate-level jobs, you have to pay your dues before you can get the chance to do the dentistry that interests you. At our residency, you’ll have the chance to move into advanced procedures right away. We provide the stable environment and patient demand to make it happen.
Learn advanced procedures with mentorship and training credits
Take advantage of our mentorship program and our highly collaborative multi-practice group environment. You’ll also get CE credits so you can move into advanced procedures and scale your compensation quickly, with existing patient demand for your advanced care.
Build clinical experience in a stable practice with a highly efficient team backing you up
Join a thriving dental practice with a committed patient community, an efficient, centralized support team, and highly experienced clinical team members to support you every day.
Join a fixed 1-2 year residency
Join our residency for a fixed term of 1 or 2 years in our most stable practices in Springfield, IL. You’ll quickly see that relocation is worth the investment into your career.
