Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center is looking to add an Assistant Director of Dental Services to our team. At Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center, the health and well-being of our patients are important to us. 

We have locations throughout New Haven County.

Summary
The Assistant Director of Dental Services (“Assistant Director”) supports the Director of Dental Services in leading the dental team in the delivery of high-quality patient-centered dental services to patients at 3 care sites across Greater New Haven.  The Assistant Director will assist with supervising all clinical team members, overseeing clinical operations of the department, recruiting and retaining dental staff, optimizing care delivery across care sites, expanding access to dental services, and overseeing departmental finances.  The Assistant Director will be committed to providing dental services to low-income and medically complex patients, to delivering primary and preventive dental care within the community health center setting, and working alongside a diverse and dedicated group of colleagues.

Qualifications

Education:       Graduate of a Dental School recognized by the ADA Counsel on Dental Education. Dental Residency Program required. Current Connecticut Dental License and current narcotics license required. CPR Certification required.

Experience:    Minimum of eight (8) years clinical experience and three (3) years of leadership or administrative responsibility, preferably within a community health center, multispecialty practice, or large ambulatory care center.
