Responsibilities

  • Accept inbound patient calls for our dental practices
  • Assessing patient need and routing appropriately
  • Track patient calls and provide documentation
  • Verify patient insurances and input patient information
  • Call existing patients to schedule appointments
  • Assist the practices with community marketing efforts as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Positive, high energy, and supportive approach to working with patients
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in Dental or Healthcare environments
