Periodontist Position / Well-Established Practice in PA 

20 + year established practice that is currently booked out 11 weeks. The incoming Periodontist will be profitable on your very first day at work. Can be 1099 or W2 if full-time. Work alongside an outstanding doctor available for mentorship as needed.

Practice Schedule:

• M-F 8:30-5.
• 4-day work week minimum, 5 days preferred.
• 8-10 dental patients per day (non-hygiene).
• Currently booked out 11 weeks.

Practice Details:

• 7 operatories total. 3 are primarily for hygiene but can flex as needed.
• Practice has 3800 active patients.
• 3 Periodontists and 1 prosthodontist.
• Digital impressions, 3D printer, CBCT, laser for hard and soft tissue cases.
• 5 total ops, 3 for docs and 2 for hygiene. No more than 2 dentists per day.
• 3 surgery per day plus new consults and some follow-ups and some hygiene checks (8-14 total).

Financials:

• Can be 1099 or W2 if full-time.
• Realistic first year is $500k collections and up to 700K working 2 days per week.
• 40% of collections.
• Practice is collecting $2.7M per year total.

Location:

• Fastest Growing Area in the state of PA and has been for a decade.
• Tons of high-end retailers. Whole Foods, Apple Store, 5-star restaurants, etc.
• Only one other Periodontist in this patient draw area. Untapped potential abounds.
