Anticipated W-2 earnings north of $180k/year on a 3.5-day workweek. Hours can be added as needed for you if you desire to work more. That is a conservative estimate. One dentist did over $1.M last year….and that does not include hygiene. Make as much as you want. $180k is a conservative benchmark.
Centrally located between Austin and San Antonio, this gem of a community is growing rapidly, and the patient demand is also. Ten thousand houses are scheduled to be built over the next 10 years.
Beautiful Practice was built less than 15 years ago.
CEREC, Orthophos S Cone Beam, 3-D Printer, moveable patient screens in every operatory, laptops in every operatory, ambidextrous chairs, all ops are identical, so flow from one to the next is a breeze.

Desired Candidate Parameters:
Clinical excellence is priority number one. Beyond that, we desire someone friendly, accommodating, patient-first mindset, and open to seeing all ages.
General Dentistry is the need. If you have enthusiasm for Endodontics, that will be a huge benefit.
Must already have a TX license (or one in the process) and start no later than July 2022.
Must be able to obtain MedPro malpractice coverage. We will provide you $1,500/year towards that coverage. Limits $2/$4M
Cannot have any criminal convictions, or ever had any formal reprimands or loss of license, etc.
New graduates welcomed. At least a few years of post-graduation experience is preferred.
