- FQHC with 3 locations
- M-W 9-6, Thur - Fri 8:30 - 5
- 1/2 hour lunch
- Will work with 2 RDA's
- Minimum of 16 pats/day
- MUST already be enrolled with Denti-Cal to be considered
- No housing provided at this location
