Children’s Rehabilitative Services (CRS)

District Medical Group Inc. (DMG) ( www.dmgaz.org ) has an immediate need for a General Dentist who is comfortable working with Pediatric patients at the Children’s Rehabilitative Service center (CRS), a large multi-specialty facility providing care to a pediatric patient base.  

In 2019 DMG expanded its services and build a new dental suite which holds 3 chairs and top of the line equipment.   This also included recruiting both a Dental Hygienist and Dental Assistant, to meet the high patient demand.  The successful candidate will be joining a “ready made” practice and provide high quality outpatient dental care in a pediatric facility.  The patient base of CRS is primarily composed of children who have chronic medical problems.

Candidates must possess an Arizona Dental license and must have a degree as a D.D.S. or D.M.D.
