Associate dentist opportunity of 2022! Fee for Service 8000+sqf state of the Art 17 chair dental office fully digital with full-service in-house lab is looking for associate. Averaging 97+ new patients each month for 2021.

One of our dentists is relocating to be closer to family so we are looking for a new full-time dentist to assume the care of their patients. Our current associate is happy to talk with you about the opportunity and how much he has loved working here.

Compensation:

• We are offering a very competitive salary of 33% of your net collections, increasing to 35% once you past 600.000 $ collections

• minimum base salary of 750.00 per day guaranteed with no time limit

Smiles Of Virginia Family Dental Center has served the beautiful community of Winchester, Virginia, since 1931. There is easy access to Dulles International Airport and Washington DC while still allowing a view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, wineries and ample outdoor activities.

The ideal candidate will be a great clinician, strong communicator and have a positive personality to make sure that great care is provided to our patients. Preference will be given to applicants with a special interest in endodontics, but it is not required.

The applicant also must be comfortable providing regular restorative services, crown and bridge etc. We do all services in office, including IV sedation, oral surgery, implants, pediatrics, periodontics, and endodontics. Mentorship is always available.

We believe in giving our patients fantastic customer service by working together as a team to diagnose and treat our patients. Our experienced team and systems in place make the doctors look good.
