Job Details
- Provide general and comprehensive dentistry services and supervise dental and clinical staff. Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of clinical dental policies and procedures. Diagnose and evaluate dental conditions and maintaining accurate dental records to support diagnose/evaluation. Interpret x-rays and treat mouth diseases. Provide restorations and other treatment as needed. Perform emergency procedures on patients to reduce or eliminate pain. Assess treatment options and agree on treatment plan with patients. Instruct/educate patients in oral hygiene and dental care. Assist with the development and implementation of Dental Quality Assurance. Train and evaluate assigned dental staff. Other assignments by Dental director as necessary.
- Provides supervision and guidance for PATHS’ Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist.
