Rewarding Associate Role in Progressive, Patient Focused General Practice.  In terms of candidate characteristics, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience, which could include a year of residency.  We are interested in attracting a candidate who able to provide exceptionally high quality care and is aligned with our mission, vision and values oriented business model. We are searching for a candidate with a very high quality standard in terms of the clinical work they produce and the ability to quickly create genuine rapport with patients.  It is important that the candidate be comfortable and confident in comprehensive treatment planning, together with a confidence in recommending ideal care as well as secondary options to ideal care based upon a patients financial means.  We are also looking for a candidate that is empathetic and compassionate chair side, together with an ability to connect with patients from all walks of life.  Being a team player with an ability to collaborate and empower fellow team members to be the best they can be as professionals is an essential quality we are looking for.  Natural leadership capabilities are also integral part of our culture and it is important for the associate to be clinically proficient and able to complete $70,000 or more in clinical care at PPO fee schedule rates during a one month period.
