DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an associate general dentist for a full-time position (4 days per week) in our Elkhart County, IN office. Great earning potential. Offering Guarantee (up to $150k per year) based on experience vs. 30% of Net Production (Negotiable); Practice pays health insurance, C.E., retirement. Any experience level will be considered. Must be good communicator and have good interpersonal communication skills. This practice opportunity is perfect for a new graduate or someone who wants to leave corporate dentistry. It's a well-established practice with an excellent patient flow, plenty of opportunity to expand your skills under a mentorship with the dentists from the other locations. Excellent schools and many small businesses in this close-knit community.
