Position Details:

• Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office 
• Compensation
  • 30% + of production based on experience
  • Guaranteed compensation during ramp up period

Schedule:

• 2 days a week
• Flexible on days
• 8:00 - 5:00

• Gentle Dental Avondale: 10210 W McDowell Rd Suite 140, Avondale, AZ 85392

Position Qualifications:

• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
