Associate Dentist

Awesome opportunity for an associate dentist to join our very busy practice on the outskirts of Harrisonburg City in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Our well-established practice of over 20 years has a loyal patient base, current technology, and highly trained staff. Joining our team puts you on a path to possible future partnership in a practice that offers a vast array of services to the community, including but not limited to: Cerec crowns, cosmetics, endodontics, surgical and non-surgical periodontics, oral surgery, implants, pediatrics and full mouth restorations (such as Hybridge).  Two highly trained dentists are in place and are eager to offer mentorship to new graduates.

·         No evening or weekends are required

·         Annual C.E. allowance of $1000.00

·         Generous 401-K savings plan after 1 year of employment

·         Dental care covered for yourself and family

·         Fee for service practice (which means you will be earning more for your procedures than if you worked for a PPO office)

·         Expected daily pay average in excess of $500.00 -$1000.00 per day, depending on experience/skill set

·         Sign on Bonus of $10,000.00 to be paid over the first year of employment

Qualifications:

·         DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation

·         Current, valid license to practice dentistry in Virginia

·         Valid malpractice liability insurance

·         3 years of experience practicing dentistry, though new graduates are encouraged to apply

·         Excellent communication skills
