DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an associate general dentist for a Full-time position (4 days per week) in our Jackson County, IN office. Growing practice. Refers out Occasional Oral Surgery, Perio, and Endo; Specialty equipment; Wave One Endo with elements cordless obturation and Gutta core/oven, Biohorizons Implant system with NSK surgical motor, Planmeca CBCT, Itero, Cerec omincam, Cerec milling unit. Offering $12,500.00 base pay per month or 30% of Collections (whichever is greater). Average monthly rate of previous associates is $20K to $30K. Malpractice with Indiana patient compensation fund, simple IRA, CE coverage and bonus comp based on production. Any experience level will be considered. Associate should be compatible with office and community, Personality/interpersonal qualities necessary to compliment staff, patients, peers: Patient centered and oriented without an attempt at being solely production/finances driven. Work within the community to build rapport outside and inside of the office. Practice is located between Louisville, KY and Indianapolis, IN. Very active community with outreach and interconnections amongst professionals.
