Dental Administrative Assistant

Morrison Dental Group is seeking a Dental Administrative Assistant to work in our Mechanicsville VA location!
This position qualifies for monthly bonus opportunities in addition to your regular pay!

The ideal Dental Administrative Assistant at our Mechanicsville office will have experience in the following:

• At least one year in a dental or medical front office 
• Management level experience in the hospitality field is beneficial
• Working with insurance companies to verify patient benefits and coverage
• Answering and responding to telephone calls with professionalism
• Scheduling and confirming patients’ appointments according to protocol and patient preferences
• Experience explaining financial options to patients / customers
• Going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service
