Established, growing and patient oriented private endodontic and periodontic practice in beautiful Castle
Rock, CO is seeking a highly motivated associate with outstanding patient and clinical skills for a part-
time position that will grow into a full-time position. Castle Rock offers an abundance of nature, outdoor
adventure and sweeping scenery from lakes to mountains nestled at the foot of the gorgeous Rocky Mountains.
This is an exceptional opportunity to provide world-class endodontic care with seasoned endodontic and
periodontic practitioners while maintaining a healthy work life balance. Our office is a state-of-the-art
facility with full integration of the following technologies: GentleWave, Fotona Lightwalker AT S Laser,
Carestream Cone Beam CBCT, Carestream digital radiography, Zeiss microscopes with assistant side
optics, Nomad Pro 2, and a highly trained team. All procedures are performed with a microscopically
trained surgical assistant to ensure the highest level of care for our patients. Our dual specialty practice
model provides continuous peer-to-peer learning, interdisciplinary treatment planning, and the most
comprehensive patient experience. As an associate you will have the autonomy enjoyed in a traditional
private practice without the additional financial and administrative burdens associated with practice
management and be part of a practice with high insurance reimbursement rates. Associates can focus
on patient care instead of overseeing the business aspect of the office such as human resources,
insurance reimbursement, accounts receivable, and many other administrative concerns.
