Associate Dentist for Private Practice with a Great Work Environment
Welcome to a friendly office with a great team and lots of patients to see. This is an established private practice with a positive office culture and low-pressure treatment philosophy.
- Enjoy relationships with your patients. Quality focus. Not a dental mill
- Positive workplace with well-trained staff. Transparent owner management. No cherry-picking cases
- Owner willing to mentor a new dentist or to give an experienced dentist room to practice
- Mixed PPO, FFS patient base
- M-F schedule. No nights or weekends. Would consider Part-Time schedule for the right associate
- Compensation includes an initial daily guarantee, percent of collections. Benefits available
- Partnership potential in the future
The owner and his staff are looking for:
- Virginia Dental License by start date
- Excellent people skills and a good team member
- Experience preferred but not required
