Montshire Pediatric Dentistry is a practice started by 2 co-residents with a vision: Inspire wellness and empower people to create the best world.  Our mission is to empower our team to use education, prevention, and compassion to deliver the highest quality of care in as many communities as possible.

We believe our "product" is helping children actualize their potential - not simply operative services.   We exhaust minimally invasive dentistry with an emphasis on medical management to treat the underlying disease.  Traditional pediatric dental methods are also used, when necessary, but we have found greater success and satisfaction with preventative and education services.  Oftentimes, less is more. 

Our practices are 70% Medicaid; we do not discriminate against children with lower socioeconomic status but embrace the difference we are making in the most underserved population.  Our practice began in 2018 and has grown to 12,000 today. 

We place a large emphasis on team culture & appreciate the value and importance of each individual.  There is much opportunity for mentorship; our doctors and team will help you to learn and grow and actualize your potential. 

Compensation: $1,000-$1,200 / day minimum base pay.
