***ASSOCIATE GENERAL DENTIST OPPORTUNITY

A Federally Qualified Health Center seeks a General Dentist to work 32 to 40 hours per week.   The New provider will work alongside fellow general dentists as well as specialists to provide comprehensive dental services to patients in need.  The ideal candidate has a passion for practicing in a community health center setting and will uphold the practice's core values.  We have two locations; one dedicated dental clinic and a second clinic is health care with integrated dental (in its own dedicated space). Travel and work at alternate dental clinic sites may be required.

It will be a rewarding opportunity for a doctor who is looking for clinical autonomy and enjoys working with an experienced staff.  If you are looking for a practice with a full schedule where you have autonomy to treatment plan your cases, collaborate with colleagues, work in a positive, team-oriented environment, and help people in the community, this is the opportunity for you!

Best candidates have a personality necessary to compliment staff and patients.  Must be patient, kind, caring, compassionate and empathetic.  Great with children and adults.

We favor candidates who wish to practice full-time and want to live in Pueblo County. We will consider candidates who choose to reside outside of the county, but find retention is often a challenge for those who choose to make a longer commute.  For the right candidate, we will consider VISA sponsorship.

Practice is located 2 hours south of Denver and is a family-oriented, multicultural town of about 150,000. Whether proximity to outdoor recreation (hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, boating) or big city activities (shopping, entertainment, dining, professional sports) are of interest to you, our location is ideal. For those who enjoy travel, a small, local airport has daily air service to Denver International Airport. Cost of living is relatively inexpensive compared to other areas in the state but offers access to all the amenities that make Colorado a desirable destination. Skiing options are about 2 hours west.  Santa Fe, NM is about 5 hours south, and in our backyard is the Arkansas River which offers opportunities for fishing, kayaking, rafting, and other recreation. A very popular state park with a reservoir draws thousands of boaters and fishermen annually with its 4,600 surface acres of water and 60 miles of shoreline.
