About the Position:
- Looking for a General Dentist to work in Eagle, CO
- 12 operatories
- Practice started in 2000 but was purchased in 2008
- 2 GP's, 3 Hygienists and 1 - 2 DA's per Doctor
- Looking to add a Doctor due to growth
- Looking for a general Dentist but someone proficient in Molar Endo would be extremely valuable
- 3 - 10 hour days with an optional flex day if desired
- 60% PPO and 40% Cash pay
- Excellent equipment
PACKAGE:
- Daily rate and then moves to a percentage of production
- Malpractice
- Healthcare Stipend
- 3K for CE
- Possible relo / sign on
- No lab fees
