About the POSITION:
DDS for the Highland, AR office
4 days a week. Days/times are negotiable
Will be replacing the current Dentist who is relocating
Will work with 3 DA's 3 Hygienists
There are 8 Dr. Ops and 4 Hygiene Ops
All general dental (there are no specialists in area). Implants would be a plus.
Equipment is Contemporary, all digital, pano, etc.
Payor mix: FFS 22%, PPO 40%, Medcaid 32%
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
Day rate guarantee until exceeds % of collection and they collect upside, whichever more
Can expect to earn 250k+
Previous practitioner made 400K+. Its a 1.5million + clinic. Captive patient base. No competition.
