About the AREA:
Located in Western Wisconsin just 45 min from Dubuque, IA and 1 hr from Madison, WI
About the POSITION:
- General Dentistry
- They were fully operational at this clinic from 2009-April 2017
- M-F 8-5
- Solo position
- Will have 2 Assistants and 1-2 Hygienists
- Each dentist will have 2 Operatories
- Will see 12 pats/day, plus hygiene exams
- Payor Mix: 70% Medicaid, 20% Uninsured/self-pay, 10% other insurance
