Dentist needed in Union, NJ

About the POSITION:

Full time General Dentist who has 5+ years of experience.

• We would prefer someone who also performs Endo or oral surgery
• 1. Payor’s tend to be a good mix of everything. We accept all forms of insurance but our offices are Medicaid offices so we do get a lot of that
  2. Typically depending on size of office, each office has 2-3 hygienists. We have a DA for each doctor, sometimes more than that
  3. Again this varies per office, but each office has a Dental Director, and at least 1-2 other doctors, with some having up to 3-4

• Hours:Monday 9:00am - 6:00pm

  Tuesday 9:00am - 6:00pm

  Wednesday 9:00am - 6:00pm

  Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm

  *Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm

  *Saturday 8:30am - 1:30pm

  Every Other Friday or Saturday

About the COMP & BENEFITS:

1. We offer an hourly rate that is guaranteed for the first 90 days. During this time, the Dr. will be paid either their hourly rate or 30% of expected collections, whichever is higher. After the 90 days, the Dr. will be moved to just the collection plan, no hourly guarantee. Guaranteed hourly rate varies depending on experience
2. We offer Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits. As well as a 401k plan, Yearly CE Course allowance, Licensure allowance, Mentorship program for younger doctors, Sponsorship for those who require it, Vacation, PTO and Holiday pay, and a sign on bonus of up to $30,000 depending on location
