About the POSITION:
Opening a new Periodontal office in the Hampton Roads area
There is only 1 other periodontist to serve the 3-4 million people who live in the greater area.
Currently there is a 6-month waiting list to get in to see a periodontist.
The office is being built and everything will be new. Office will open March, 2023.
There are 7 treatment rooms.
Candidate needs to be interested in growing this business and buying in for an equity position in the company.
Most specialists understand that they need to meet other general dentists in the area as that will be their referral source.
Initially the office could be open 2-4 days a week and can expand as there is a need, lots of flexibility. The periodontist will not be in network with insurance companies.
