Dental Health Associates of Madison, WI is adding a second Endodontist position, a full-time Associate. $100k signing bonus!

Founded on a conservative patient approach, our group is 100% locally owned by current, practicing dentists, and our associates are encouraged along the path towards partnership. By consistently putting the patient first and approaching dentistry with integrity, we have been able to grow the group in both staffing and footprint in the Madison community. Our doctors have the autonomy to focus on clinical dentistry and develop their practice while having full support of administrative staff and a group of over
30 dentist and specialist colleagues to collaborate with.

We are looking for highly motivated, compassionate, and skilled applicants. The ideal applicant will have completed a residency and/or has multiple years of experience and have a broad skillset. Associates have autonomy over their schedules and procedures performed and are encouraged to practice how they feel comfortable. Compensation will be based on experience and includes a competitive initial salary. Motivated
candidates on production-based compensation will find their earning potential to far exceed national averages. Additional benefits include 401k with profit sharing, health/disability/life/malpractice insurance, paid vacation, CE allowance, and more. $100K signing bonus (paid over a two-year period)
with additional relocation assistance.
