* % of Net production W-2 income; or monthly salary

* Opportunity for equity share ownership

The practice is in a small town with all the natural beauty and outdoor adventure Oregon offers. The selected dentist will enjoy modern equipment, digital workflow, an established patient base and daily new patient infusion.

Compensation will be W-2 employee, commensurate with experience and negotiable based on scale and growth of %’s of net production over time.
