Waxhaw, NC (Suburb of Charlotte):  Well-established private family practice in the fast-growing Charlotte suburb of Waxhaw, is seeking a full-time experienced dentist, leading to potential partnership opportunity. Ideal candidate will be 5 + years post-graduation, will have spent time in private practice and be competent in Endo, Ortho or Oral Surgery. Candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with a large staff. Offering Highly Competitive Compensation Package. Both doctors would like to reduce their schedules by one day, creating a patient base for an associate on day one. Our patient base is comprised of a mix of families and retired patients. Sun City Carolina Lakes, an active adult community with over 3,000 homes is just 5 miles away, along with several large existing subdivisions and several more subdivisions currently under construction surround our practice, which has led to a busy restorative practice. We currently participate in only 3 insurance networks and offer an in-house plan. Our doctors focus on restorative dentistry, creating an opportunity for a candidate with excellent surgical, ortho and endodontic skills to grow our existing patient base even more. The Charlotte metro area is well known for its growth over the past 20 years. It is home to professional sports, active nightlife and restaurant scene, family based suburban neighborhoods with quality public and private grade schools. Conveniently located between the beach(3-hrs) and mountains(2hrs), we can enjoy all that both have to offer. Waxhaw is just a 30- minute drive from Charlotte, so we benefit from all that Charlotte has to offer but are also able to enjoy the small town feel that Waxhaw provides as well.
