Large Private Group Practice Seeking FT Associate Dentist Las Cruces, NM

Las Cruces, NM:  We are currently looking for a new long term associate dentist to work with us at our ever-growing private group dental practice in Las Cruces, NM. We currently have 10 operatories in our building and will be breaking ground on a large 8 operatory expansion in the coming months bringing our office to a total of 18 operatories. Associate dentist will be expected to work 4 days a week 7:30a-5p and will enter the Saturday rotation working every 4th Saturday. Associate will be paid a salary with bonus opportunities based on production. Associate will be allowed reasonable time off as well as paid vacation and sick time. CE paid for by the office (with approval) Loan repayment options offered by office. Sign-on bonus & Mentorship for growing practitioners.  We focus on comprehensive care and all our dentists perform a very wide variety of services including implants, bone grafting, 3rd molar extractions, full mouth rehabilitations, removable prosthodontics, endodontics, same day crowns via cerec etc. Most of our patients count on getting just about anything done in house. Las Cruces is primarily a retirement community and most of our new patients are in that retirement age range. Las Cruces is a beautiful town with the gorgeous organ mountains to the east and the beautiful mesilla valley to the west. We are just 1 hour from El Paso international airport so traveling is a breeze.
