Private Practice Dentist Wildomar, CA leading to Buy In/Out

Wildomar, CA:  Successful, intimate, fee for service family dental practice is seeking to add an Associate Dentist to our team as we look to cut back to enjoy more travel and free time together. We are looking for the right individual to continue the legacy and are open to FT or PT leading to Buy-In/Out. As an associate, we are looking for someone who is ambitious, has excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with patients. Salary will be based on experience and performance. You will be paid either a daily minimum or a percentage of collections. Currently we have a 99.8% collections rate. Position is part time/full time. Workdays are negotiable. We keep most procedures "in house" yet are collaborative in our approach to comprehensive patient care. We are a low volume, high customer service, attention to detail practice and have the most caring staff in the business. We have a willingness to mentor as the associate’s level of comfort dictates. Our office is state of the art, completely digital/paperless, we utilize digital radiography, CEREC, intra-oral cameras and have ceiling mounted TV’s in each operatory for patient comfort. Located in Southern California, about 1 hour north of San Diego, 1 hour east of Los Angeles and 1 hour west of Palm Springs. Our valley is one of the fastest growing areas in the country. Conveniently located 20 minutes from Temecula wine country. There are 5 international airports, all less than 1 hour 15 minutes away as well.
