We are seeking an Dental Billing Specialist to join our P3 group. An ideal candidate would be detail oriented and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Multiple Office Payment Posting for EFT, checks, credit cards with adjustments made accurately
  • Suspended Credits report knowledge
  • Knowledge around Bill Types
  • Knowledge of Payment tables, Co Pays and Fee Schedules Maintenance
  • Knowledge around Credentialing and ability to update and maintain all insurance plans
  • Knowledge around Creating New Insurance Plans in the system for the offices
  • Electronic Claim submission and tracing
  • Knowledge for Secondary Claim submission
  • EOB reconciliation with ability to send appeals when needed
  • Insurance Claim Tracing and Aging Knowledge
  • Ability to Audit a Patient Account Ledger and send statements with notes in the system
