Working collaboratively with a dynamic Medical team, the Dentist provides comprehensive dental services across eight sites throughout the region and augments services provided by Southcentral Foundation providers . Services provided will include examinations, cleaning, emergency treatment, preventative services, extractions, root canals, full and partial dentures, crowns, and bridges in patients of all ages.  The job demands someone who exemplifies positive patient treatment through professional and compassionate care, understands dentistry practices and protocols particularly within rural community settings, and who is well organized, pro-active, and disciplined to stay on top of multiple priorities. The incumbent needs to be adaptable and objective enough to meet dental care needs in small clinic locations with minimal resources. Finally, the incumbent must build and maintain positive relationships while actively and respectfully listening, communicating, and executing realistic protocols for the communities, organization, and other stakeholders.
