Professional Entrepreneurial Dentist for a Established Growing Practice

  • Educating, diagnosing and treating problems with a patient’s teeth, gingiva, and other parts of the oral cavity, providing advice and instruction on taking care of teeth, gingiva and diet choices that affect oral health
  • Prescribing antibiotics and pain-relieving medications
  • Providing patient care for cracked or fractured teeth
  • Performing procedures to treat decay and cavities
  • Preparing and placing fillings
  • Examining patients for dental and jaw diagnoses
  • Creating models for dental appliances
  • Performing general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry
  • Interpreting x-rays and diagnostic tests
  • Sedating patients and administer anesthetics
  • Performing tooth extractions and root canals
  • Diagnosing and treat oral diseases
  • Creating detailed treatment plans for patients
  • Performing surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues
  • Educating patients on aftercare and answer questions
  • Completing necessary charts and records for patients to accurately record services rendered
  • Evaluating patient medical history and determine treatment plans for either ongoing or emergency dental treatment or advice
  • Interpreting radiology
  • Administering Botox and other cosmetic products
  • Prescribing Invisalign and Six Month Smiles programs for patients
  • Evaluating and administering sleep apnea cases
  • Serving as dental consultant to other staff and lecture on dental health
  • Executing operational functions with the Microsoft Suite for Business
  • Supporting company initiatives, sales/marketing programs, and community efforts
  • Partnering with patient services, conduct sales and leadership to achieve bottom line results
  • Building process, procedure and quality measures for the practice
  • Comprehension and application of government regulations, law, and process
  • Participating in community health and dental related projects
  • Providing educational opportunities for dental students and interns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Certifications, Licensures, Degrees

  • DDS/DMD
  • Active Dental License or eligibility for licensure
  • DEA, CPR and Professional Liability Insurance

The Dentist will participate in a four-week deep dive intensive on-boarding process to ensure a success, set up expectations, and provide accountability.
