Associate Dentist

Do you love working with kids? Our practice, situated in the beautiful East Texas gem of Marshall, is in need of a full-time Associate to work 4 days/week with Fridays being optional. We have a sister practice where demand has taken off well above expectations and we are looking for a GP or specialist that loves to work with kids and would appreciate just working on patients without being bogged down with headaches of managing and owning a practice. We have a great opportunity that will guarantee you a daily/annual income that is well above average.

This practice is highly Medicaid with some private insurance and FFS and there is a considerable volume of patients, but your income is assured whether you produce $3,000/day or $15,000 day. The practice owners are fully capable of handling the day to day operations, so the right doctor just has to be solely focused on good care and patient/parent relations. We will entertain pediatric specialists for this position and would also consider paying more for the right fit. We are willing to consider a signing bonus for the right individual as well.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Texas Dental License (or can have one in 4-6 weeks at most)
• 1-2 years of clinical experience working with kids is helpful
• Good communication skills with bi-lingual (English & Spanish) being a big plus
• Previous Medicaid experience helpful, but not mandatory (we can help with credentialing)
• 1099 position
• $1,200 Daily Rate Guarantee + % of production
