Associate Dentist

Are you looking for an exciting associate dentist opportunity with room to continue grow your career?  We have a client that is rapidly expanding their private practice and looking to bring an associate into their thriving Springfield, IL location. Our client is looking for dentists who are seeking mentorship and eager to learn new skill sets. Our client currently has 13 practice locations in three states - Illinois, Iowa, and Indiana.  To be considered, candidates MUST be committed to the highest quality of patient care and have a team-player attitude. There will be partnership potential for the right candidate. 

Requirements:

• IL dental license- with no disciplinary actions (or application in process)
• Open to mentorship
• Personable and treats patients with care
• Five days a week (M-F), 1 or 2 Saturdays a month

Compensation & Benefits:

• 30% of production 
• Benefits package
• Moving allowance (for out of area candidates)
• Partnership potential!
