Dental Connections is seeking a Dental Director to join their dynamic team in Des Moines, Iowa. Dental Connections is a nonprofit community health center that provides comprehensive general and pediatric dental services across Greater Des Moines and beyond.
The Opportunity
• Scope of practice includes 20% chairside, 80% administrative work
• Flexible schedule options to include a 4, 4.5, or 5-day work week
• Develop, maintain, and implement formal clinic policies and procedures
• Guide dentists and professional staff to deliver consistent standards of care according to policies, and assuring clinical practices are above reproach and of the highest quality
• Assist in the recruitment and hiring of dental staff including providing feedback in the interview process, orienting, and training new professional staff
• Opportunity to incorporate oversight of dental students
Compensation & Benefits
• Proven earning potential up to $226,000
