Associate Dentist for Busy S. Texas Practice

Harlingen, TX – Busy, large practice is looking to add experienced Associate Dentist. We are a premiere dental practice with deep roots in the Rio Grande Valley region. From the inviting reception area to the comfortable, well-coordinated treatment rooms, our patients know that they are in the best of hands.

• 3 hygienists (1 Full-Time/2 Part-Time with assistant)
• Our staff of 14 ensures that the Associate would have their own Patient Coordinator as well as 2 Assistants
• 330 new patients, year to date
• 88% FFS and 12% Insurance (105% collection rate)

We have a diverse patient population that is primarily adult (<10% Ped). They range from working class to the very well-to-do. While we are seeking an experienced general dentist, we are open to considering a well-skilled, eager new grad. This is also a great opportunity for a practitioner with implant and/or other higher production case experience.
Nestled in the southeast corner of Texas, Harlingen is within an hour of South Padre Island, historic Port Isabel, and Boca Chica. Plenty of beach to explore! Rich in history and culture, there are several parks, trails, and historic sites to enjoy. A community theatre and large performing arts center are great destinations for shows and events. There are also a variety of restaurants available with a variety of cuisines.
