GREAT EARNING POTENTIAL FOR ASSOCIATE DENTIST IN SUCCESSFUL PRIVATE PRACTICE.

FT associate- Troy, OH, 20 min north of Dayton w/ established, general, single office, busy, private practice. Dentist begins with existing pt base for their schedule. Must be skilled w/ most procedures, passionate, have ethics, morals, & exceptional communication skills. 

Philosophy: Team includes 3 DDS, 6 EFDAs, & 8 RDH who can anesthetize & work unsupervised. We’re interested in growing our specialties: molar endo, ortho, sedation, implants, etc. We strongly believe in CE. World class office voted #1 dental office in county, 14 consecutive years! We have a respectable reputation for high quality & friendliest staff.

Technology: intra-oral scanners, cone beam, large screen TVs in each op, intra-oral cameras, Open Dental & Dexis digital radiography as well as 2nd opinion software (Pearl). We submit to all ins. co. but we are NOT contracted with any PPOs. Office built in 2000, very clean & modern, a must-see to believe! We pride ourselves in our organization systems. Office hrs M-W 8-6, Th/F 8-5, 2 Sats/mo 7-12. Associate works approximately 35 hours per week. Base salary, minimum of $200K for first year.
