About Us:

We are a well-established dental practice located near Mammoth Cave National Park and Bowling Green, KY. We take pride in our state-of-the-art office equipped with the latest dental technology. Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to offering top-quality care to our patients. With an average five-star Google review, we have built a reputation for excellence in our community.

Position Details:

• Office: 7 operatories to share with one other dentist and the hygienists.
• Patient Base: Collecting $2 Million in revenue, mainly from in-network PPO patients but with some fee-for-service cases.
• Technology: Our office is equipped with advanced tools including CBCT, TRIOS, iTero, implant system, 3D printer.
• Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• Clinical Scope: We offer a wide range of procedures on-site, including implant placement, sedation, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Clinical Style: We prioritize building relationships with our patients, providing a small-town feel where personalized care is our hallmark.
• Mentoring: Our experienced team is enthusiastic about mentoring a new dentist interested in expanding their skills, particularly in areas like implants, sedation, and orthodontics.

Pay:

• Daily guarantee of $750-$1,000
• 35% of collections.

Associate Criteria:

• Open to all experience levels, including recent or upcoming dental school graduates.
• Seeking individuals with excellent people skills, a down-to-earth personality, and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
