Troy, OH:  This office has been voted by the public, as the county’s #1 dental office for 14 consecutive years.  Seeking a self motivated, energetic, associate who would be open to real mentorship. Learning is a key to out success. New graduates are welcome!! Doctor has a passion for sharing his knowledge with associates and advocating for continuing education.  Looking forward to expanding our specialties within the office.  Office has many long-standing employees 5, 10, 20 + years.  The staff works together as a team, and they all like each other & support each other. They are very family oriented.  The strong management team works hard to ensure the staff is happy & productive.  The staff works hard to ensure our schedules are full & productive; schedules are filled to about 95% on average (5% broken appointments that aren’t recovered).  Office is a fee for service & does not participate with any PPOs.  Associates are paid on production & not collections, though collections % are very high each month.  High tech office with intraoral scanner, 3D printer, CBCT, digital radiography, AI software, large screen TV’s in each operatory, intra oral cameras

Miami County has a combination of rural farmland & factories.  There are quite a few unique restaurants, and shopping options.  Many nice neighborhoods to choose from to make a home.  Specifically in Troy where we’re located, the school system is rated very well.  We also have the nationally known Strawberry Festival! There are many options nearby for outdoor attractions such as hiking (many beautiful parks) & sightseeing, amusement and water parks, golf, tennis, kayaking, bike paths, bowling, zoos, wineries, movie theatres, performing arts venues, and exploring. We are 20 minutes north of Dayton, which has a lower cost of living than many other large cities.  We are about 90 miles from Cincinnati or Columbus.  Dayton is home of UD Flyers (basketball) & Dayton Dragons baseball team.  Dayton has many appealing attractions some of them are Wright Patterson Airforce Base (& Museum), which is one of Ohio’s largest employers, Dayton Art Institute, Sinclair community college (which has an RDH program), there is a strong sense of community and our office’s involvement is well-know with all the surrounding towns.  Email resume to Theresa.Edwards@Aprio.com
