We are seeking a Collections Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, has customer service experience, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote company culture by providing excellent customer service: interact with customers, teams, and field staff in debt recovery efforts & dispute resolutions ●
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls
- Meet daily production and collections performance expectations to ensure business needs are met
- Negotiate and secure payments from customers in an effort to resolve and prevent past due balances
- Understand and explain account status and activity. May include credit history, ledger review, insurance benefits, etc.
