Associate Dentist

Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to be an Associate for a private practice in the Monroe, LA area! We have a client that is rapidly expanding and looking to bring on an Associate with emphasis on endo and extractions experience into a successful private dental group. They are firm on providing quality care to their patients and are seeking a candidate dedicated community-oriented, productive treatment. Their practice is currently seeing a mix of PPO & Medicaid patients. This is a W-2 position, with the ideal candidate being a quality producer who can focus on the clinical aspects of the practice. There is partnership potential for the right candidate after a set period of time.

Requirements:

• LA dental license- with no disciplinary actions (or application in process, ability to secure within 6 weeks)
• Full-Time (4 days a week), Part-Time options open for discussion
• 2+ years of experience in endo and extractions as well as bread and butter dentistry preferred, but new grads considered

Compensation & Benefits

• Base + Bonus tied to production performance; Avg. $250-300k (30% of production)
