Pediatric Dentist

A growing pediatric dental practice in Richmond, IN is looking for a part-time or full-time pediatric dentist, or a general dentist who is experienced working with a pediatric patient population. This facility is located near the Indiana-Ohio border in Richmond, which has a population of around 37,000. It is located about an hours drive from Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Dayton, OH.

The practice is part of an emerging group of practices in Indiana (based in the Indianapolis area), and is looking for a dentist to practice in their busy Richmond office, which is currently being updated. The office has a great team of assistants, a hygienist, and front-office staff. The office is currently staffed part-time by 2 pediatric dentists and 1 general dentist. They would love a full-time dentist, but they would consider a part-time arrangement as well. An ideal candidate would want a long-term relationship with the patients and team, and is able to educate and provide support and knowledge to the experienced clinical and administrative team. New graduates and candidates seeking Visa/H1B support will be considered as well. The practice is willing to negotiate a competitive salary and benefits, and they also offer ownership opportunities for the right candidate.

• Pediatric Patient-base
• 56% Medicaid / 27% PPO / 17% FFS
• Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation:

• Negotiable daily-rate guarantee (DOE/Specialist vs. GP)
• Negotiable % of production or collections (DOE/Specialist vs. GP)
• Full benefit package available
