Associate Dentist - $300K income potential, 35%, Bread and Butter Dentistry

Practice in the beautiful Appalachian foothills 1.5 hours from Charlotte and commutable from Lake Norman. This is a modern General Practice with a good reputation. The current dentist is moving to the other location, leaving an amazing opportunity for an incoming dentist.

• Modern office with, digital scanner, paperless charting
• Experienced staff
• 4 day work week
• Patients from all walks of life
• Take over for a dentist who is on pace to produce over $1,000,000 this year
• Lots of bread and butter dentistry to be done

Compensation for the Associate Dentist

• $300,000+ income potential based on 35% of adjusted production with no lab deductions. Initial guarantee available
• Benefits include stipends toward malpractice insurance, CE. 401k. health insurance plan available

Requirements

• Licensed North Carolina Dentist with at least 2-3 years of experience
• Good people skills
• Ability to practice as a sole provider. Owner available to mentor from other location if needed
